第一步：外形
创建一个新的文件（我的是100*100pixles)，把画布改成中间色（我选#009999）。更改画布颜色在“修改”－－“画布”－－“画布颜色”（译者注：在画布外单击，属性面板上可直接修改）
选择矩形工具在画布中画一个长方形，我画的80×20pixles.
在属性面板上修改笔触颜色为白色（#fffffff）
再把填充类别的实心改成矩形，接着点击填充颜色，修改矩形的填充色，把开始和结束都改成白色(#ffffff)，并把各自的不透明度改为50%，请看下面的例子：

第二步：边缘点
选择箭头工具（A或0），单击你刚才在第一步画的矩形，按Ctrl+Shift+G,或者选择“修改”－－－"解散群组"，这一步把矩形转换成路径，我们就可以在上面修改或添加矢量节点。
接着，放大矩形（我选择200％），点击钢笔工具，移动你的鼠标到矩形的最左边（鼠标的指针应该变成一个有加号的钢笔），在路径上点击添加5个不同的点，看下面的例子，右边的路径也是一样。

第三步：撕开边缘
现在，选择部分选择工具（译者注：白箭头），单击矩形上你刚才添加的节点，向内拖动几个象素，试着把它做成被撕开的边缘，看我下面做的例子

第四步：阴影
这是艰苦的一步（译者注：应该这么翻译吧），我想给带子加一些阴影，但是我们不能直接加效果在上面，那样阴影会出现在透明填充的下面。
补救办法是，复制你的胶带(Ctrl+C,然后Ctrl+V)，选择下面的胶带，在属性面板中修改填充类型为实心。
现在点击属性面板的效果上的加号，选择“阴影和光晕”－－“投影”，改变选项和下图一样，确认钩选了“去底色”，否则没有效果了。

最后：
把你所有的对象群组(Crl+G)，旋转一定的角度，把它粘贴到照片的角上，让它看起来像是被胶带固定。
